These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReadySetSold.com (“ReadySetSold,” “the Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). ReadySetSold is owned and operated by Reachbridge Real Estate, LLC, a Florida real estate brokerage. By accessing or using ReadySetSold, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1. Description of Service
ReadySetSold provides homeowners and FSBO sellers with real estate marketing tools, listing webpages, property templates, educational resources, optional marketing upgrades, Canva-powered design tools, digital downloads, and related services. ReadySetSold is not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory service. Real estate–related services are provided by Reachbridge Real Estate, LLC.
2. Canva‑Powered Features
Certain design tools offered within ReadySetSold are powered by Canva. When you use these tools, you may interact with Canva’s platform. Your use of Canva is governed by Canva’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. ReadySetSold does not control Canva’s operations or data practices.
2.1 Use of Canva
Your use of Canva is governed by Canva’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2.2 No Resale of Canva Services
ReadySetSold does not sell or license Canva’s services. Any fees charged relate only to
ReadySetSold’s platform, templates, and services.
2.3 User Designs Processed by Canva
When using Canva-powered tools, design data may be transmitted to Canva. ReadySetSold stores
only final exported files and does not store Canva’s internal design data.
2.4 Data Retention
ReadySetSold retains exported files only as long as necessary to deliver services.
2.5 Third‑Party Responsibility
ReadySetSold is not liable for outages or issues caused by Canva or other third-party
providers.
3. Account Registration
Users may need to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
4. Fees, Payments & Refunds
4.1 One‑Time Fees
ReadySetSold may charge one-time fees for platform access, FSBO packages, digital downloads,
and upgrades.
4.2 Premium Upgrades
Optional upgrades include Canva-powered design tools, marketing kits, and digital products.
4.3 Digital Goods Are Non‑Refundable
All sales of digital products, templates, and design tools are final.
4.4 Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
5. User Content
Users retain ownership of uploaded content and grant ReadySetSold a license to store and deliver such content. Users are responsible for copyright compliance.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not upload illegal or infringing content, misrepresent listings, reverse‑engineer integrations, or circumvent payment systems.
7. Third‑Party Integrations
ReadySetSold integrates with services including Canva, payment processors, and hosting providers. Their policies apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
ReadySetSold and Reachbridge Real Estate are not liable for losses arising from third‑party outages, user-generated content, or use of the platform.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify ReadySetSold and Reachbridge Real Estate for claims arising from misuse of the platform or Canva-powered tools.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content is the property of Reachbridge Real Estate, LLC.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
12. Termination
We may terminate access for violations, fraud, or harmful behavior.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes must be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
